When a game will not load
Check the starting step
If you see Play, the game has not started. If you see the external-content notice, read it and choose whether to load the provider. An external game is not placed in the frame before that step.
Try a separate tab
After launch, the link below the frame opens the same title at the provider. This can help when a browser restricts embedded content. The external page has its own privacy rules and controls.
Return later or choose another title
If the external page is also unavailable, try later. Favorites and catalog browsing work separately from the provider. You can reset external-game permission on the Privacy page.
